We’re all about easy eating. Through our apps and site we allow you to search and order from different restaurants in your area, so that you can just relax and enjoy great food. Once you’ve found a restaurant and placed an order online, we’ll send you a SMS and an Email to confirm that we have received your order. This will let you know of the expected delivery/ pick up time. Suddenly, Bam! You’ve got a great meal without the hassle. *Note: We LOVE food but we’re not that keen on cooking. The restaurant, not FastEat, is responsible for the prep and delivery of your food.
Our Meal Deal Machine is our completely unique way to search for and customise Meal Deals and Special Offers in your area. When you first enter your postcode you will be taken to the restaurant listing as default, you can either click the "Meal Deal Search" button or use the filters on the left, choose your price range eg: between £5 and £10, Product eg: Pizza, Food Hygeine Rating eg: 3 or above, and Delivery charges eg: up to £1. You can also show the results based on User Rating High/Low, Food Hygeine High/Low etc
The search will then show you all of the deals available, to order just add to basket as usual, you can then add other items from the same restaurant and then checkout as normal
Everytime you place an order we give you 10 points for every pound you spend on food (excluding delivery and handling fees). By saving up these points we'll give you larger and larger discounts. You can start trading points for percentage discounts once you've got over 800 points saved. To start you off, we give new users 500 points plus the points for their first order.
We also give all users a unique link to the Fasteat website. You can find your link on your profile page either by signing up, or placing your first order. By sharing this link with friends and family, you can start earning points whenever they place their first order with us. Points quickly add up giving you 10%, 20% or even 30% cashback and we'll also let you know about other rewards and special offers for which you can trade some or all of your points.
We’ve covered most of the residential areas in the North East of England but it’s a pretty big place, so we’re always working to service more areas. You can help by telling us about your favourite restaurants that aren’t showing up and we’ll track them down and see if we can get them on board for you.
Getting your food to your face should be easy, so paying for your food needs to be easy too. We accept all the major online payment methods through our secure partner STRIPE, This means you can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal (we’re not exactly setup for Bitcoin yet). Cash on delivery/ pick up is accepted by most restaurants. We will be lauching Apple Ipay very soon as well.
When you have paid for your order (or selected cash), you’ll get an immediate email and a SMS message from us saying that your order has been successfully placed. This is your confirmation, its over to the Restaurant after this. If the restaurant is currently closed and you placed an order for later, you’ll get an SMS once the restaurant opens.
Of course you can! Check your confirmation email for the number and give them a bell if you have any issues or requests about the prep and delivery of the food. Our team love chatting to you, but we don’t want to waste your time if all we can do is call the restaurant ourselves.

We understand sometimes things don’t go to plan, and you might need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order if the restaurant hasn’t started cooking it yet. If the restaurant has started to cook your food there is a small chance they might still be in a position to offer you a refund or credit, so best to call them and find out.
Rejection is never great, so we work really hard with our restaurants to get as many orders accepted as possible. If you have paid by card with Stripe, sometimes a rejected order may look like payment has gone through, but don’t worry, it was voided and is simply pending with your bank. This may take 1-5 business days to return to your account, best to give the bank a call if you have any questions. If you have paid by paypal, we will generally refund your payment with 48 hours.
Our partner restaurants do a great job of preparing and delivering orders on time, but sometimes unexpected things get in the way. If your tummy rumbles are getting louder with every tick of the clock, give the restaurant a call (their number is in the email we sent you).
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our restaurant friends work really hard to provide you great food, and so they’re keen for your feedback. Call them straight away (check out your confirmation email from us for their number) and they might be able to fix the problem for you or help you out for next time.
